The Challenge
NUA aimed to redefine their operational efficiency and enhance customer service by integrating a state of the art virtual assistant into their existing technological framework. The goal was to empower their staff with instant access to critical information, thus elevating their service delivery and reducing dependency on direct managerial input.

Our Solution
In partnership with NUA, Linklemon crafted a tailor made web application, complete with an advanced AI driven chatbot, to serve as an interactive hub for the restaurant’s staff. This innovative tool was engineered to draw from a comprehensive data lake, allowing for real-time data retrieval and streamlined data management. By interfacing flawlessly with NUA's pre-existing APIs, including the Dotyk solutions (software used to order and interact within the recipes) and other relevant information such as recipes, brand identity and much more. The app delivered a unified and user-friendly experience. Moreover, it equipped the owner with the power to make data-driven decisions, providing instantaneous insights and visual data representations such as graphs.
